Williams Brothers GP 100 Series Premium Access Door
This general purpose access door for wall and ceiling installation far surpasses other doors because its surround trim is welded on all four sides to the return frame providing strength and rigidity. The frame is laser cut from one sheet of steel for visual aesthetics. The 1½" trim allows for an inconsistent ruff opening better than access doors with a 1" trim. These doors come ready to paint with a grey baked enamel primer coating. The edges of the frame (return trim) are rolled (no harsh edges) for comfortable access through the opening. The frame (return trim) is 1¾" compared to 1½" on competitor's panels. The optional gasketing can be applied to four sides providing a better weather resistant and smoke seal compared to other manufacturers that can only apply the gasketing to three sides. The flush, stainless steel screwdriver cam latch will resist rust allowing for years of service.
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Door: 14 ga. steel. Trim is 1½" wide
- Frame: 18 ga. steel having a depth of 1¾"
- Hinges: Fully-concealed hinge up to and including 24 x 24.
- Allows opening to 165º, Over 24 x 24 is semi-concealed allowing 180º
- Latches: Flush, stainless steel screwdriver cam latch
- Finish: Grey baked enamel primer coat
