When access is a requirement without a framed opening, our precision fit surface mounted access door is the solution in all types of walls and ceilings. Comes standard with a semi-concealed, continuous piano hinge for ease of use. The frame is laser cut from one sheet of steel for visual aesthetics.  The 1½" trim allows for an inconsistent ruff opening better than access doors with a 1" trim.  These doors come ready to paint with a grey baked enamel primer coating.  The optional gasketing can be applied to four sides providing a better weather resistant and smoke seal compared to other manufacturers that can only apply the gasketing  to three sides. The flush, stainless steel screwdriver cam latch will resist rust allowing for years of service.
